Return Policy Details

When you download or are shipped software it is considered opened. Opened software cannot be returned for refund regardless of delivery method. eBooks are considered software. Damaged CD's may be exchanged for the same product within 30 days of the purchase date by sending the damaged product back to the return address on the invoice.

Please contact us for a RMA before you ship the return.

Shipping Policy Details

We ship within 24 hours of your payment clearing or the next business day if it is a weekend or holiday. If you have purchased a Digital Downladable Product you will receive your Secure Delivery Link within 12 hours of your payment clearing. Our standard shipping method is Postal Mail which we find cost effective and fairly fast. If you are looking for faster delivery we do offer optional shipping services at an additional cost.

As usual there is no fee for a Digital Product Download.
